Description:

Genuine Johnson / Evinrude timer base (timing sensor assembly) removed from a 70 HP 3-cylinder 2-stroke outboard.

This unit mounts under the flywheel and controls ignition timing advance. Item is untested but appears complete with original wiring and connector. No visible cracks or damage. Cosmetic wear consistent with age.

Function:

Provides timing signal to the power pack (CDI) for correct ignition advance.
