How to Sell on Our Marketplace
Selling your items on our site is quick and easy thanks to our small team puting together an easy to use marketplace.
Follow the steps below to get your listings live and in front of buyers.
1. Create Your Account
Before you can sell, you’ll need an account.
Click Register at the top of the page
Fill in your details
Confirm your email
Log in to your dashboard
Your account will give you access to listing tools, messages, invoices, and an overview of your sales.
2. Set Up Your Seller Profile
Once logged in:
Go to My Account → Selling Tools
Add your contact details
Choose your preferred payment methods (PayPal, bank transfer, cash on collection, etc.)
If we offer stores/shops: you can open your own Seller Store from this section
A complete profile builds trust and helps attract buyers.
3. List an Item for Sale
Creating a listing is simple:
Step 1 – Choose Your Listing Type
Auction – buyers bid until the auction ends
Buy Now – fixed-price listing
Classified Ad – buyers contact you directly (if enabled on your site)
Step 2 – Enter Your Details
You’ll be asked to add:
Item title
Description
Category
Condition (new, used, for parts)
Images (good clear pictures sell faster)
Step 3 – Set Your Price
Depending on listing type:
Starting price (auction)
Reserve price (optional)
Buy Now price
Quantity (for multiple items)
Step 4 – Choose Listing Options
Your platform may offer:
Featured listing
Category highlight
Homepage exposure
Auto-relist
Item location
Choose only what you need.
Step 5 – Submit Your Listing
Once you click List Item, your item goes live immediately unless moderation is enabled.
4. Manage Your Listings
From My Account → Selling, you can:
Edit or end active listings
Relist unsold items
Track watchers and bids
Reply to buyer messages
View invoices and fees (if applicable)
The dashboard keeps everything organised in one place.
5. When Your Item Sells
Once a buyer purchases your item or wins an auction:
You’ll receive an email notification
Contact the buyer if needed
Arrange payment
Package and ship the item promptly
Mark the order as Shipped in your dashboard
Good communication leads to good feedback.
6. Leave Feedback
Feedback helps build trust across the marketplace.
Buyers can rate your service
You can also rate buyers
Higher ratings improve your visibility
