How to Set Up Your Seller Store
Opening your own Store gives you a dedicated shopfront, custom branding, and a professional space to showcase everything you sell.
Follow the steps below to set up your Store on our dedicated marketplace.
1. Make Sure You Have a Seller Account
Before you can open a Store:
Register for an account
Verify your email
Log in to your dashboard
If you already sell on the site, you’re ready to go.
2. Go to the Store Setup Section
From your dashboard:
1. Click My Account
2. Select Stores / Open a Store
3. Choose Open Store or Upgrade your existing account
This will take you to the store creation page.
3. Choose Your Store Package
Depending on the marketplace settings, packages may include:
Basic Store – ideal for hobby sellers
Standard Store – more listings, better tools
Premium Store – highest visibility, unlimited listings
Featured Store – promoted at the top of store listings
Each package may include options such as:
Free or discounted listing fees
Larger photo limits
Homepage exposure
Custom design features
Custom store categories
Select the package that suits your needs.
4. Add Your Store Details
You’ll be asked to complete:
Store Name
Pick something professional and easy to recognise.
Store Description
Tell buyers what you sell — boats, outboards, spare parts, fishing gear, etc.
Store Logo
Upload your own logo (optional but recommended).
Store Banner (Header Image)
A wide banner image to personalise your storefront.
Store Categories
Create custom categories for your listings, such as:
Engines
Boat Parts
Electronics
Safety Gear
Accessories
These help buyers browse your full inventory easily.
5. Choose Your Store Theme & Layout
Depending on the site settings, you may be able to customise:
Colour scheme
Featured items section
Number of items per row
Display options
A good layout makes your store easier to shop.
6. Confirm and Activate Your Store
When everything looks right:
1. Review your selections
2. Confirm your subscription
3. Make payment if required (PayPal, card, or site balance)
4. Click Activate Store
Your Store will go live instantly unless moderation is enabled.
7. Add Items to Your Store
Once your store is active:
Click List an Item
Choose the category
Add your photos, description, and price
Submit the listing
Your items will now appear in:
The main marketplace
Your dedicated Storefront
This gives you two ways to be found.
8. Manage Your Store
Use My Account → Store Management to:
Edit Store details
Change the theme
Add or edit categories
View store stats
Promote items
Feature selected products
Renew or upgrade your store package
Keeping your Store updated helps attract more buyers.
9. Promote Your Store
Increase your visibility by:
Sharing your Store link on social media
Adding it to your email signature
Keeping items stocked and updated
Using featured or highlighted listings
Maintaining good feedback
The more active your Store, the higher it appears in search results.
